Create an Email Address in the Email Admin Panel


This guide will show you how to add / remove / modify email addresses from within your Email Admin Panel. This article is specifically for Account Administrators - end user instructions can be found here.


  1. Create New Email Account

Create New Mailbox

  1. Navigate to using your favorite web browser.
  2. Log in with the credentials provided in your order confirmation email.
  3. Navigate to the email control panel.
  4. Select Email Mailbox from the side menu bar.
  5. Click Add new Mailbox.
  6. At this point you can create the mailbox and input the relevant information for the account.
  7. Once you fill out the relevant details and hit save, you've successfully created your email account! (note: please allow up to 2 minutes for the email to propagate to all the necessary servers to function properly)
